About ReGen City Church

We are a church committed to loving God, loving people, and helping our city experience real life change through Jesus.

Our Story

Our Story

ReGen City Church exists with a clear mission, to see lives transformed by the power of the gospel and to build a community where people truly belong. What began as a vision for renewal has become a growing church family focused on spiritual regeneration, authentic relationships, and meaningful impact in the city.

We believe the church is not just a building, but a movement of people who are passionate about following Jesus and making a difference. Our desire is to create a place where individuals and families can grow in faith, find purpose, and live out God’s calling in their everyday lives.

Our Core Values

The principles that guide everything we do, shaping our faith, our community, and the way we live out God’s love every day.

Biblical Truth

Rooted in Scripture / God’s Word for Real Life

We are rooted in God’s Word and believe it is the foundation for real life. Scripture guides everything we teach, practice, and live out.

Missional Living

Living on Purpose / Faith in Action

We live with purpose and are committed to putting our faith into action, both locally and beyond.

Spiritual Transformation

Real Change from the Inside Out

We believe God changes lives from the inside out. True growth happens when we surrender and allow Him to work in us.

Generosity

Serving Others First / Giving Beyond Ourselves

We serve others and give beyond ourselves, reflecting the heart of Christ in how we live and give.

Community

Doing Life Together / Belonging

We are created for connection. We believe in doing life together, building relationships, and creating a place where everyone belongs.

Our Mission

We strive to reach people and help them move forward in their faith. We are committed to Christ-centered worship and the teaching of God’s Word.

“Make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you” -Matthew 28:19-20

The Heart of ReGen

The heartbeat of ReGen City Church is not a program or a strategy, it is a way of life. We are called to live out our faith daily by loving others, serving our community, and sharing the hope of Jesus.

Faith is not passive. It is active, intentional, and lived out every day. As we grow closer to God, we are called to reflect His love in everything we do.

Vision

“Build loving Relationships and foster Spiritual Growth thru Jesus Christ”

What We Believe

The objective of the Church is to glorify God by fulfilling the Great Commandment (Matthew 22:36-40) and the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20).

God is the Creator and Ruler of the universe. He has eternally existed in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. These three are co-equal as the Godhead and yet are one God.

Genesis 1:1, 26-27 | Psalm 90:2 | Peter 1:2 | 2 Corinthians 13:14

Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He is co-equal with the Father. Jesus lived a sinless human life and offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all people by dying on a cross. He arose from the dead after three days to demonstrate His power over sin and death. He ascended to Heaven’s glory and will return again someday to earth to reign as King of Kings and Lord of Lords,

Matthew 1:22-23 | Isaiah 9:6 | John 14:10-30 | John 1:1-5 | Hebrews 4:1, 4-15 | 1 Corinthians 15:3-4 | Romans 1:3-4 | Acts 1:9-11 | 1 Timothy 6:14-15 | Titus 2:3

The Holy Spirit is co-equal with the Father and the Son of God. He is present in the world to convict humanity of their need for Jesus Christ. He also lives in every Christian from the moment of salvation.

II Corinthians 3:17 | John 16:7-13 | John 14:16-17 | Acts 1:8 | 1 Corinthians 2:12, 3:16 | Ephesians 1:13, 5:8 | Galatians 5:25

The Bible is God’s Word to us. It is written by human authors under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is the supreme source of truth for Christian beliefs and living. Because it is inspired by God, it is the truth without any mixture or error there by constituting the “inerrancy” of Scripture.

2 Timothy 3:16 | 2 Peter 1:20-21 | 2 Timothy 1:13 | Psalm 119:105, 119:160, 12:6 | Proverbs 30:5

People are made in the spiritual image of God, to be like Him in character and person. People are the supreme object of God’s creation. Although every person has tremendous potential for good, everyone is marred by a fallen nature and has an attitude of disobedience toward God called “sin”.

Genesis 1:27 | Psalm 8:3-6 | Isaiah 53:6 | Romans 3:23

Salvation is God’s free gift given to us by His grace but must be accepted by each individual. No one can ever make up for sin by self-improvement or good works. Only by trusting in Jesus Christ as God’s offer of forgiveness can anyone be saved from sin’s penalty. When a person turns from his/her self-ruled life and turns to Jesus Christ in faith that person is saved. Eternal life begins the moment one receives Jesus Christ into his/her life by faith.

Romans 6:23 | Ephesians 2:8-9 | John 14:6 | John 1:12 | Titus 3:5 | Galatians 3:26 | Romans 5:1

People were created to exist forever. People will either exist eternally separated from God by sin, or eternally with God through forgiveness and salvation. To be eternally separated from God is to exist in Hell. To be eternally in union with Him is eternal life in Heaven. Heaven and Hell are real places of eternal existence as is taught by the Bible.

John 3:16 | John 2:25 | 1 John 5:11-13 | Romans 6:23 | Revelation 20:15 | Matthew 25:44-46
